This website is operated by RF Jewelry Group Inc., doing business as Oliver Navy (“Oliver Navy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, olivernavy.com (the “Site”), and your purchase or use of products, features, content, and services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or Services.

Oliver Navy offers jewelry and related products, which may include products containing gold or other precious metals, natural or lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and other materials.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, pricing, and other information displayed on our Site are accurate and useful.

However, jewelry may have characteristics that are difficult to reproduce precisely online. Product appearance may vary based on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, manufacturing processes, materials, and other factors.

Where applicable, natural stones and materials may have individual variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, dimensions, weight, or other characteristics. Lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and manufactured jewelry may also have reasonable variations between individual pieces.

Carat weights, dimensions, measurements, and similar specifications may be approximate where indicated or where minor variations are customary for the type of product.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and appearance accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the display on your device will precisely represent the appearance of the physical product.

Product descriptions and representations do not alter any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

3. AVAILABILITY

All products and Services are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, or restrict sales to particular persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary or permitted by law.

A product appearing on our Site does not guarantee that the product will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel the affected item or order and refund amounts paid for the unavailable item.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information. However, typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or other inadvertent errors may occasionally occur.

If an order must be canceled because of an error, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled item or order.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed, even if the order has not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or at info@olivernavy.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, subject to that policy's eligibility requirements and exclusions.

7. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through Shopify and payment methods or payment providers made available through Shopify checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts associated with your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of Shopify and the applicable payment provider.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction, country, currency, or customer.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from our location using carriers that may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other appropriate shipping providers.

Available shipping methods, costs, destinations, processing information, and estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, international processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Oliver Navy sells and ships products internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, government, customs authority, carrier, or other third party.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges associated with an international order.

These charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping charges collected by Oliver Navy unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

Customs processing may delay delivery, and such delays may be outside our control.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our current policy generally allows eligible customers to request a return within 14 days after receiving an item, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

Items generally must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with applicable tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Certain items, including custom, special-order, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards may also be excluded as provided in the Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

If there is a conflict between this general summary and the Return & Refund Policy regarding a return or refund, the Return & Refund Policy will govern, subject to applicable law.

12. LIMITED WARRANTY

Certain Oliver Navy products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

A manufacturing defect generally means a defect resulting from the materials or workmanship of the product rather than damage resulting from use, accident, wear, or external causes.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a product-specific warranty, our limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper storage or care

• Scratches or cosmetic wear resulting from use
• Exposure to chemicals or conditions inconsistent with reasonable jewelry care

Warranty claims are evaluated based on the circumstances and condition of the product.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. CUSTOM, SPECIAL-ORDER, AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Certain products may be customized, personalized, made to order, specially ordered, engraved, resized, or otherwise prepared according to customer specifications.

Because these products may be created or modified specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production, customization, or modification has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Specific terms presented to you before purchasing a custom or special-order product will form part of your purchase terms.

14. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIFT CARDS

From time to time, we may offer sales, promotional pricing, discount codes, gift cards, or other offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, or limits on combining offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers.
